Whether you’re trying to set a PR (Personal Record) at your next race or run your first 5K, working with a coach can help you stay motivated and uninjured.  I work individually with each athlete to meet their unique needs.  There are several levels of training plans based on your goals and schedule and goals.  Workouts are designed to work for you so you are able to reach your goals without second guessing if you are ready.  And I am here to support you every step of the way.

Why Active Souls?

My coaching philosophy comes from my own struggle with trying to fit in triathlons, marathons, a full time job — basically trying to do it all.  I figured out the hard way that it isn’t always working harder but working smarter that got me to my goals.
