As a teacher of young children I take care of people all day, everyday. I love my profession but sometimes I need someone to take care of me and that's when I turn to a coach. Yes, I could figure this out myself but it's heaven to do workouts without having to plan it out myself plus the bonus is I have someone to report to. Accountablity is good but it's more than that as Sally views me as a person. She understands crazy weeks with meetings after work each day and structures my workouts so that I can get them in when I'm at my best... With winter in full bloom Sally helps me focus on maintaining my fitness level so that when spring comes I'll be ready!
