Working in the corporate world for over 20 years and spending the last 3 working with executives, I appreciate how demanding an executive position can be mentally, physically, and spiritually.  The executives I have worked with have a passion for their job and are continuous learners regarding leadership, business acumen, and trends.  Because of their fast paced, high profile schedules, most give up their health and wellness to excel on the job.  I contend trading their health for success.

I also witnessed many of these executive wanting to make healthy choices, talking about wellness options, and nodding when asked if they want healthy employees.  But failing to do what it take to take care of themselves to sustain the lifestyle they are leading.

One-on-One Wellness Coaching

After an executive health physical “high” wears off — the two weeks after the promise of eating “right” and exercising — I meet with the executive to go through their wellness goals.  These goals will often include:

• Losing Weight
• Lowering their cholesterol
• Getting off their blood pressure medicine
• Becoming and example for their employees

Once we have established their goals, we will talk about how, through a partnership, we will measure, track, and achieve their goals.
