Running Training Plans
12 week 1/2 Marathon Training Plan
Designed for the runner who is consistently running 4 times / week and whose long run each week averages 6 miles. This plan will get you to the starting line of your ½ marathon.

Triathlon Training Plans
Because athletes vary so much in their goals and athletic abilities, I feel guidance from a coach is necessary to complete an Ironman or 1/2 Ironman. The guidance a coach brings to all aspects of training and racing for these events is priceless whether you are finishing your first event or training to get to Kona.
